轻井沢蒸馏所的厂址是为于浅间火山山麓的葡萄园原址之上，酿酒的水源亦取自该地，经过熔岩层滤过的硬性泉水，酿造的烈酒亦含有浅间的精神魄力，日本人称之为魂，是以浅间魂名之。轻井沢浅间魂有三款，这批酒由77桶于1999-2000年入桶的雪莉原酒，于2012年调配装瓶。气味： 烟燻，焦油，焦糖，海藻，焦香面包，干无花果，口味： 蜜饯，蜂蜜，朱古力，葡萄干，八角类香料余韵： 蜂蜜，咖啡，木质单宁，药草酒精度数：55%1支 700ml
