民国甲戌（1934年）精刻本1函1册 白纸提 要：此何刚德所著政论。其时何氏隐居上海，年近八旬，而利济之怀老而弥笃。旷观时局，不仅朝政得失，洞察细微，即瀛海诸邦，从横捭阖，一起一伏，历历绘于胸中。故所论多高瞻远瞩、切中时弊者。而自谦曰《臆说》。于民国二十三年刊刻行世。宋体字，精雅不苟，行格疏朗。小版心，天头地脚宽大。品佳，原装、原签、原包角。
