大清乾隆年制贯耳瓶器型源自青铜器，在清宫档案中称为“均釉杏圆四方双管瓶”，为清代御窑经典器型，历朝皆有烧制。此件拍品瓶口呈四方倭角形，直口溜肩，颈部两侧有对称的贯耳，鼓腹下收，腹部饰桃形凸起，造型端庄典雅，下承长方形圈足。通体以窑变红釉为主色调，边缘渐黑，折棱处及口沿则因釉色自然垂流而显白筋。窑变釉肥润厚重，宛如绚丽晚霞。底部刻“大清乾隆年制”篆书款。
