此盘敞口，弧腹，圈足渐敛。盘心绘五朵莲花围着中心花头。内壁饰六对花卉包括牡丹、菊、莲、茶花等，口沿内饰卷草纹一周。外壁饰缠枝各式花卉，青花发色浓艳深沉，造型规整，此为明清官窑中常见的题材纹饰。象征着子孙绵绵不绝，贤能有为，相仿纹饰的青花盘仅见其它二例的著录。一例为1982年景德镇珠山出土，见1998年台北出版《景德镇出土明宣德官窑瓷器》，图版91号。另一例的大小与本盘相若，为胡惠春、静观堂先后收藏。1985年6月4日于纽约苏富比拍卖，拍品3号；
