通体鎏金，金色灿烂。作明佛母，又称咕噜咕列佛母，在佛教密宗中掌管权威及怀法，被认为是红色度母的化身，为藏传力量女神。这尊佛母四手三眼，头戴骷髅冠，金发怒冲，肩、腰均挂人头，胸佩珠宝璎珞，手呈拉弓射箭姿势，浑身上下充满力量。包浆沉厚。 擦擦，一词据说是源于古印度中北部的方言，是藏语对梵语的音译，意思是“复制”，擦擦绝大部分以泥土或藏药为材质，然而此尊作明佛母选用十分少见的铜鎏金，西藏地区亦有制造，铜鎏金材质较泥土制作工艺更为繁复，所适用的场合更为高贵。
