吴玉如（1898－1982），名家琭，字玉如，号茂林居士，晚署迂叟。安徽泾县人，久居天津。早年求学天津南开大学，与周恩来为同窗好友。抗战时随师张伯苓（南开大学创办人）居重庆，任国民参政会秘书，後辞职归津，任津沽大学文学系主任。1949年後任南开大学教授、天津文史馆馆员、天津文联委员、中国书法家协会名誉理事。
