Chinese, 19th C,brightly enameled with four identical medallions enclosing flowering plants and vases, with a character symbol at the center amidst peonies blossoms and foliage scrolls, reserved on a rich yellow ground the shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to a broad flaring rim, brightly enamelled to the interior with a medallion enclosing figures by a pavilion, encircled at the rim by eight quatrefoil panels each enclosing a long stem of floral spray and all reserved on diaper ground of white D: 8.7"(22.2cm) D: 9.3"(23.6cm) Condition: in good condition, the yellow plate has two hairline to the rim and the canton glaze plate has one faint hairline to the rim
