A large,Chinese ,19th C, baluster shaped, Chinese, porcelain vase with prominent gilded flared scalloped rim and twin mythical beast theme handles -painted with two panels of female figural gathering in a court yard with birds and floral sprays decorated in between. Shoulder is decorated with molded beast-like crawling lizards in high relief. Bottom is decorated with flour clawed dragons in pursuit of a pearl amidst cloud swirls.
