款识：万曆乙未夏五月既望。士昌画奉太史抑安年老先生荣寿。 钤印：王士昌印(白文)、永叔(朱文) 出版：《近现代名家书画藏珍·绘画卷》P6。 说明：王士昌，明浙江临海人，字永叔，号十溟。王宗沐子。万曆十四年进士，由龙溪知县擢兵科给事中，改礼科。时矿税监横行，疏论甚切。神宗将册立东宫，而故缓其期。士昌上疏极谏不可，谪镇远典史。终官右仓都御史、巡抚福建。善画山水，得黄公望笔意。
