溥杰（1907-1994）字俊之，号秉藩，满族，清朝宗室，是清朝末代皇帝爱新觉罗·溥仪的同父同母弟，溥杰生于北京醇亲王府，是家中的次男，父亲是第二代醇亲王爱新觉罗·载沣，母亲瓜尔佳氏·幼兰。清灭之后，是少数几个享受民国政府高额补贴的满洲贵族之一，并在民国初期保持较高的社会地位。溥杰生前为中国书法家协会名誉理事，全国人民代表大会常务委员会委员、全国人大民族委员会副主任委员。
