19th c. Miniature Brass Sextant, with intact glass and lenses, bone grip, index arm engraved 'Kearsarge Post 1869', possibly for the USS Kearsarge, celebrated Civil War sloop named for Mount Kearsarge in NH, later commissioned to duty in the South Pacific, no maker's mark, 3 3/4" x 4" x 1 1/4". Good condition.
