钤印：铁城（朱文） 款识：电报通信社卅州纪念，吴铁城。 释文：电光闪忽，速于置邮。庭室宇宙，闻见五洲。越纪一世，前途方遒。融通世界，功孰与侔。同文之光，同种之庥。渐跻大同，吾党是谋。祝兹进步，永禩无休。 作者简介：吴铁城（1888—1953），字子增，祖籍广东香山，出生于江西九江。早年加入中国同盟会。曾任大本营参军长、广东省政府委员兼建设厅厅长、中国国民党中央执委、国民政府立法委员、南京总理陵管理委员会委员等职。1945年抗日战争胜利后，任”最高国防委员”。1947年任“国民政府立法院副院长”。1949年，移居台湾任“总统府资政”等职。
