白玉质，玉璧厚实，尺寸较大，周身点缀着黄沁，高浮雕双螭龙纹，形体呈S形，身形狭长，螭龙头部近似三角形，前肢攀附，尤其是后肢的蹬踢姿态，极具力量感。刻工以长阴线刻画脊背，以短阴线刻画鬃发，细节处理均十分细致。
玉璧螭龙均作扭身拖尾，侧首相望状，这种充分利用圆璧的回转造型刻画螭龙纹的手法在宋代玉璧中多见。玉璧另面满饰勾连纹，线条饱满，区别于战汉时期的勾连纹。此玉璧高浮雕运用异常精彩，纹饰凸出，立体感强，具有宋代玉璧制作特征。
