此玉上下敞口，中部束腰，形制呈发箍状，器身阴刻雕琢蟠虺纹，纹饰工整、排列有序，造型古朴，表面附着浅灰皮，包浆润泽，是一件较为典型的春秋时期风格器物，整体保存品相完整，工艺精美，较为难得。此玉箍等级颇高，应属礼器之一，颇具收藏价值。
