A bronze radiate-headed bow brooch comprising a D-shaped headplate with five radiating lobes to the outer edge, stepped crescent panel with ring-and-dot motifs; deep bow with ribbing to each end; footplate with flared middle, raised border with lobes, panel of recessed ring-and-dot ornament, beast-head finial; two pin lugs to the reverse, catch and reinforcing strut.
