A gold ring for the adornment of a garment(?) with facetted hoop, expanding at the shoulders, forming a central ridge; two pierced and shaped gemstone(?) beads; one held on a slender gold pin, the other held on a similar pin with a double collar of granulated beads beneath. 6.85 grams, 26mm (1"). Property of a West Essex gentleman; formerly in a 1980s private collection.
