A corner fragment from a carved marble panel with raised rim, perching eagle with folded wing, feather detailing to the neck, body, legs and wing; folded wing(?) of a second bird facing; mounted on a custom-made stand. 1.07 kg total, 17cm including stand (6 3/4"). From an old private British collection; formed between 1975 and 1985.
