2nd-3rd century AD and later. A group of two oval-shaped jasper cameos comprising: female head facing left, hair dressed with two curls falling onto her neck; later male head facing left, angular cheek bones, short hair and strong, broad neck. 2.21 grams total, 14-15mm (1/2"). Property of a London lady, part of her family's collection; acquired in the 1970s.[2]
