A black limestone cylinder seal with intaglio frieze depicting a standing figure holding a staff or sceptre, wearing an ankle-length kilt, facing a standing donkey, second similar image inverted in relation to the first, the figure with a serpent to the rear and pellet between the knees; accompanied by a museum-quality impression. 7.7 grams, 23mm (1"). The Signo collection, the property of a West London businessman, formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s; item number 1806; academically researched and catalogued by the late Professor Lambert in the early 1990s.
