A brown jasper cylinder seal with deeply-cut frieze of two advancing horned animals in profile, bird perched on the rump of the hindmost, fronds and other features in the field; accompanied by a museum-quality impression. 12.5 grams, 28mm (1"). The Signo collection, the property of a West London businessman, formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s; item number R-481; academically researched and catalogued by the late Professor Lambert in the early 1990s.
