Lambert, Professor of Assyriology at the University of Birmingham, 1970-1993, which states: 'Cylinder Seal of Faience 27 x 10.5 mm. The design, which is put between upper and lower rules, shows two standing birds. facing. The one on the right has a human head, the one on the left has a bird's head with long beak. There is a simple cross and a short line in the field. This is an ancient Near Eastern seal. c. 900-600 B.C., from any area between the eastern Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf.
