钤印：茶陵谭氏、伯羽一号习斋简介：谭伯羽，名翊，湖南茶陵人，国民党元老谭延闿之长子，赴德国留学，回国后任上海兵工厂工程师，同济大学秘书长。回国后任经济部常务次长。备注：上款人石遗先生为陈衍（1856-1937），字叔伊，号石遗，福建福州人。清光绪八年举人，曾入台湾巡抚刘铭传幕，提倡维新。
