Monstrance silver. Decorated with neo-gothic decorations, church elements, heavy gilding and inlaid with amethysts. Partly cutaway. glass cylinder with opening part so that the relic can be removed. Bourdon (goldsmith's shop) The studio was founded around 1811 by Ferdinand de Bruyne. The most famous part of his oeuvre is executed in the neo-Gothic style that was popular at the time. Later the studio was taken over by Armand Boudon (sr). His son Armand Bourdon Jr. worked with the Wolfers brothers under the name 'A. Bourdon et Wolfers Frères'.
