A miniature Sefer Torah mounted on ivory capped wooden rollers, probably 18th century, Germany or Poland, the text arranged according to the vavei ha‘amudim format, 42 lines to a column, parchment depth 14cm, length (inc. rollers) 32.2cm, the black velvet mantle embroidered in gold thread with a Star of David and thread border.
