This group of Paktong scholar items includes a tray, one inkwell and four inkboxes, all finely carved and depicting a variety of motifs, such as a beauty, flowers, landscape, calligraphies and children at plays. One inkbox signed on the base. Dimension: tray 5 3/8 x 5 3/8 inches, 13.7 x 13.7cm; inkwell 2 ¾ x 2 x 3 ¼ inches, 7.2 x 5 x 8.4 cm; signed inkbox 1 7/8 inches or 5 cm in diameter, 1 inch or 2.5 cm in height; bell-shaped inkbox 2 ¾ x 2 ¼ x 7/8 inches or 7.2 x 6.4 x 1.3 cm; the box with a lady 2 3/8 x 1 5/8 x 1 1/8 inches.
