A 19th century suite of garnet jewellery, comprising: a faceted garnet pendant designed as a series of articulated graduated hoops with garnet circular cluster suspension, to a gold fine link neck chain, length of pendant including suspension 4.7cm ; and a pair of matching oval cluster earrings with screw fittings (3) Earrings with later screw fittings, solder visible. there is also solder to reverse of pendant where connections are attached. Mounts are gilt and gilding has rubbed away in places particularly to edges on earrings and pendant. Dimensions of earrings approx.1.9 x 1.7cm. One small garnet deficient from pendant.
