A large American silver punch bowl by Reed and Barton, of Arts and Crafts design with acorn and leaf rim and foot, the lobed bulbous body with heart ornament strap work, engraved to body "Presented to George W Neville on his retirement from the Presidency of the New York Cotton Exchange as a token of love and esteem from the Members of the Board of the Managers, May 19, 1913". 38 cm diameter x 28 cm high, stamped to base "Reed and Barton Sterling 360". 4200 grams (see illustration).
