CONDITION REPORT: The only number stamped anywhere on the mechanism is to the end plate of the narrow toothed cog at the governor end of the cylinder. It is stamped 12856. The plastic bag in the image contains 4 retaining screws that would hold the mechanism in place. The length is actually 13.5” not cm hence the confusion. The length in centimetres is just over 34.
