A Chinese famille rose revolving vase dating from the 20th century. The upper portion of the exterior wall rotates around the interior. The interior and bottom are turquoise with a 6-character mark and an "ISCO New York" sticker on the bottom. The exterior features a pair of phoenixes flying among ruyi clouds over a wave and rock motif featuring lingzhi, turtles, and a horse. Two bands of Buddhist knot meander and bagua separate the upper and lower portions of the exterior, and a Greek key band frames the mouth. Dimensions are: 5 3/4 inches tall X 4 inches wide, 14.6 cm X 10.2 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is minimal wear to the paint.
