An Imperial Chinese blue glazed porcelain cong vase with six-character Guangxu mark and possibly of the period. The vase is decorated with elephant head handles holding engaged rings. Dimensions are: 12 in. tall X 7 in wide; 30.5 cm tall X 17.8 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: No noted damage. Provenance: From an estate in Southern California. A nearly identical example was sold at Christie's Paris on June 11, 2014, as Lot 51.
