款识：“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆书款 瓶口倭角近似海棠形，直颈两侧饰双贯耳，长方扁腹至下外鼓，腹部扁圆，两面饰凸起的杏形开光，长方形圈足。贯耳瓶流行于宋代，其器形仿汉代投壶式样，直颈较长，腹部扁圆，圈足，颈部两侧对称帖竖直的管状贯耳，哥窑、官窑、龙泉窑等多有烧制。清代亦有仿制，乾隆时对原有的贯耳瓶在器形及装饰上进行改造，称为四方杏元双管瓶。此类器型历朝均有烧造。
