A GERMAN WWII MARCHING SNARE DRUM. Comprising a complete German WWII period marching snare drum, brass shell body with wooden upper and lower rims painted with black and white saw tooth pattern, eight adjustable tension rods with good patina, and with thumbscrew snare release. The lower section with original folding wire hip prop beneath a two hole suspension bracket set with brass hanger cast as a Prussian style eagle and with black leather loop. Diameter 15 inches (38.5cm), height 6.25 inches (16cm). Apparently unmarked.
