此盒以万字纹为主要纹饰。造型别致，下为托座，上为盒体，之间相叠可以旋转，上面的盒体四面均有一真抽屉，别具一格。盖面卍字、蝙蝠作主体纹饰，取义洪福齐天；盒身整体以变形回纹为地，取意万代永续。起到了衬托中间主题纹饰的作用。这种方盒制式在清代往往是作为文玩用具而制作。
