An Imperial Famille Rose Ruby-Ground Medallion Bowl, Daoguang Mark and Period. Included is an attractive carved hardwood stand. Size: 2.5" H x 5.75" W. excellent - no losses or damages and no repairs or restoration. Provenance: ex-collection of Dr. Siegfried Ramler(1927-2009), who lived and worked as a family doctor in Hong Kong during the 1960s-1980s. All pieces in his collection were purchased during this period, now offered by his family in Florida. Reference: A closely related bowl, from the Qing Court collection and still in Beijing, is illustrated in The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum.
