An Edwardian Armchair. The top rail having a raised stop-fluted centre section flanked by carved sprays of acanthus above a square padded back, down-swept scroll-end arms framing enclosed sides, and a sprung seat all covered in a golden beige silky fabric embroidered with meandering flowers edged with braid. Standing on square tapering legs 33" (84 cm) high, 25" (63 cm) wide.
