A Carved Camphor Wood Chest. The top having a recessed centre panel carve with an oriental scene depicting figures on landscape and flanked by two raised side panels releif carved with junks. The sides and front decorated with further scenic carving in oval panels and fitted with a round scalloped edge metal clasp to the front, 24" (61 cm) high, 40" (102 cm) wide, 20½" (52 cm) deep.
