Y A Victorian tortoiseshell tea caddy, circa 1860, of rectangular form, the lid with silver plated rectangular tablet, the interior vacant, 12cm high, 17cm wide, 9.5cm deep Provenance: The Collection of Countess Veronica Munster Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use, Some old scratches, some chips and losses, some of the silver wire is missing and some projecting from the angles, the silver plate tablet missing most of the plating. The interior vacant as catalogued, the lid with old marbled paper lining, Handles are probably original, one has replacement method of securing.
