A Regency mahogany dressing mirror, circa 1815, attributed to Gillows, 55cm high, 72cm wide, 28cm deep Condition Report: Marks, scratches and abrasions, old chips and splits comensurate with age and use. The mirror plate appears original as does the rear panel. The mirror plate bears expected grey coloured spotting of depletion to silvering. This affects the plate variously throughout. Very good original surface, colour and patina throughout. The rear panel of the mirror has been cleaned. Later baize has been glued to the underside of the base.
