18th-19th century The first of octagonal form modelled in a the form of a drum, with upright rope twist handles, set on three cabriole legs, cast with the Eight Buddhist Emblems, Xuande six-character mark; the second of bombe form with elephant head handles, inlaid in silver wire with bats and cloud scroll motifs, Shisou mark to the base. The largest 14cm (5.1/2in) wide across the handles. (2).
