高14cm；高13.5cm
|长颈，下粗上细，颈部有一环棱，颈下部有轮状出沿。鼓腹，下承四面镂空瓶托，分四棱，印卷草纹印，下承四足。通体施青釉，釉色匀净。|本器上半部亦称「军持」，本为印度民族日常生活用具，后因佛教流行，多用于贮水、凈手等。又因其外形像「吉字」，亦称「吉字瓶」。本件为瓶与托一体式，造型稀见，成组出现，颇为难得。
