A Victorian oak cased mantel clock, c1890, with arched pediment and bun shaped lacquered brass finials, the frieze applied draught turnings and three fluted panels, the square dial with raised chapter ring with Arabic numerals and matted brass centre dial, applied foliate pierced spandrels, the glazed door flanked by turned tapered pillars, base conforming on turned bun feet, eight day striking movement, 44cm h Arabic chapter ring with minor fault between 3 and 4, black enamel decoration to numerals wearing, finials replaced, general wear consistent with age
