The lot comprises twelve unique designs with spot hammered handles having applied and engraved decoration to front and reverse, six with applied mixed metals decoration, two of those with applied bronze extending to reverse, and one with applied crab having blue enamel applied to two tadpoles at shoulder. The pattern numbers and order numbers on each spoon are in sequence. The first spoon with applied bronze monkey is numbered 367-761 and the twelfth with grape vine motif is numbered 378-772.
