The autograph is dated 1994.Ali has a very special meaning to boxing fans from the greater region of Wingene, where we are based. For it was a fighter born in the nearby town of Ingelmunster, Jean-Pierre Coopman, dubbed: 'De Leeuw' (The Lion), that fought for the World Title against Ali at the pinnacle of his career in 1976.
