A porcelain figure of "Till Eulenspiegel", model 134 by the artist Richard Förster, in glazed white porcelain, the body wrought with meticulous attention to detail, a small repair to the crotch/at the seat of the trousers. Inscribed "R. Förster" on the side of the rock pedestal. Although Förster designed the juggler series in 1942, it was not until 1944 that the figures were displayed in the "German Artists" exhibition in Wrocław. They were available for purchase soon after. The series numbers produced were not documented. The "SS Allach" mark stamped in the underside, height 24 cm, good condition, extremely rare.Condition: II
