The skull covered on the outside with rough polychrome camouflage paint characteristic of the western front (Paratrooper Regiment No. 6? Normandy?), underneath it the clearly discernible Luftwaffe eagle. The originally somewhat rust-coated, partly pitted skull was cleaned and conserved. On the inside struck with "ET" for Eisenhüttenwerke Thale AG, size "71" and batch number "451" (?). Early twin-hole screws with ventilation hole, interior lining with flaws due to wear, stamp (tr.) "Head size 60 – steel cap size 71" and RB number, complete with simplified chinstraps.Condition: II - III
