Reverse of the disc with raised outer edge lip, smooth background field and features embossed, slightly stylized Latin capitalized script "Geheime Staatspolizei" (Secret State Police) in two lines positioned above stamped recipient’s personal roster number "9302", with fine engraved underline. One end of the disc has a cut-out, beveled hole for attaching the chain positioned at end of second line of embossed script. Chain is included.
