此件至尊天降石五眼古天珠是藏地古象雄王国时期的作品，珠体古朴沉稳、成不规则圆柱体状、通体已经老熟温润如玉、油性十足、纹饰线已经氧化成牙黄色布满朱砂沁。纹饰工艺为雕刻镶蚀工艺，今已失传，用手抚摸珠体，雕刻之纹饰凹凸感非常明显。孔道是小喇叭孔口、为两端对打孔工艺、孔道内古陀轮钻孔痕迹明显、内孔道如同期古玉器泛白灰现象清晰明显。通体表面布满朱砂红沁、红花沁如丝状生根珠体深处。微观放大看珠体内部红黄黑白绿五色沁明显，能量圈爆满往外溢射，如宇宙星体般美轮美奂。珠体通体内外布满自然风化纹，老化痕迹明显。珠体雕刻镶蚀三线五眼纹饰、为五路财神之珠，得此殊胜珠必财运亨通大富大贵。
