此件至尊天降石八眼古天珠是藏地古象雄王国时期的作品，珠体古朴沉稳、整体成不规则圆柱体状、通体已经老熟温润如玉、油性十足、纹饰线已经氧化成牙黄色。纹饰工艺为雕刻镶蚀工艺，今已失传，用手抚摸珠体，雕刻之纹饰凹凸感非常明显。孔道是法轮纹孔道口、为两端对打孔工艺、孔道内古陀轮钻孔痕迹明显、内孔道口如同期古玉器吐白灰现象清晰明显。珠体通体内外布满自然风化纹，如自然风化之树皮木纹般美丽迷人，无任何人工刻意加工痕迹，天珠表面的风化纹是需要千年以上的时间才会形成的。珠体雕刻镶蚀二线八眼纹饰、为起运满贯之殊胜珠，得此殊胜珠必前途光明满贯富足。
