此钧窑天青釉红斑贯耳长颈瓶是元代的作品， 器型规正、精致优美、通体造型古朴沉稳，莹润如玉。发色纯正、天青色中泛出大片玫瑰红色斑，自然精美、望之迷人。 瓶口及贯耳口沿部都有高温烧制时釉质向下流淌形成的芒口、露出浅褐色胎骨色，瓶颈及鼓腹处有四条弦纹线、通体釉质开细碎纹片。腹部鼓腹、近底渐收腹、高圈足、底部施满釉、圈足垫烧工艺、胎釉结合处泛出一圈浅紫褐色不规则的氧化层，底圈足刷内外酱油呈紫黑褐色、金属光泽明显，圈足处留有明显的垫烧褐黑色老化痕迹。
