此件越窑青釉鸡首瓜棱盘口执壶 撇口，束颈，溜肩，长圆腹，圈足。壶嘴鸡首、肩上执把、口颈肩部有四处单或双弦线环绕。通体施越窑青釉，釉色呈典型越窑青色，釉质玻璃质感强。腹部呈六瓣瓜棱形，肩部一侧置短鸡首流，另一侧颈、肩之间置曲柄。通体内外施青釉，圈足、底无釉、足外撇。 此件执壶造型圆润饱满，釉质润泽，宝光四射、包浆厚实，与晚唐五代北宋早期同时代的越窑青瓷作品极为相似。 胎底修饰规整，干爽滑润，黄褐色火石红氧化层及垫烧受沁层明显，是经久传世受沁氧化的特征体现，胎骨油性十足。此件越窑青釉鸡首瓜棱盘口执壶属海外回流品，后一直留藏于十三窑行。
